Once I had finished my website I presented it to people who fall in my target audience category of 15-25 year olds and asked them to answer a few questions. They told me the parts they liked and noted areas for improvement.

I received very positive feedback; it was mentioned that it looked professional due to the clean layout and the good use of colours. Most people thought the style of Deep House was very apparent, and as mentioned in the feedback video this is due to the use of colour across the website which presents connotations of strobe lighting in clubs where Deep House music is be played. One suggestion was to have the 'Latest News' section on a separate page. I felt this was a good suggestion and if I was to edit the website again I would create a 'Latest News' page, as it will increase the audiences connectivity with Tomi because the fans will know more about her activities and they will feel like they're a part of Tomi's life. Another suggestion is to include an 'Awards' page; while I do think this is a good idea it is not conventional to include this on a website, especially for Deep House artists. Plus Tomi is a new artist so she would not have any awards to her name; however, if Tomi was to win awards I could include images of Tomi with her awards on the 'Photos' page. Everyone also thought the website appeals to my target audience of 15-25 year olds, due to the use of vibrant colours that have many connotations and due to the modern feel of the website; an example of this is the images on the 'Home' page that have links to other pages on the website; this is a fairly new concept and shows that the website is current and therfore appeals to the audience. The use of social media also increases the appeal of my website to my target audience because this allows fans to monitor Tomi's activities throught Tweets or Instagram photos and it enables them to feel closer to the star and view updates instantly.

In conclusion my music video along with the ancillary products were all successful as they met our audiences expectations in terms of the use of colour across all three of the products, which have connotations of strobe lights at night clubs. The use of the dance routine also met expectaitions as this is something that is conventionally seen in Deep House music videos either in the form of a club scene or in a choreographed routine; and we would not have know this is what the audience wanted, if not for our research into Deep House music videos and the pre-production interviews we carried out; this is an example of how our audience shaped our music video.  A further way in which we met expectations is through the use of varied locations; and we learnt this by carrying out the pre-production interviews. The audience felt that the more locations there were the more interesting the music video would look; and we catered for this as we had locations ranging from tunnels to skate parks, all of which featured graffiti; this helped to identify the genre.
