Once we had finished making our music video I took to Facebook and I asked people in my target audience to watch my music video and answer some questions or to just give general feedback. I felt Facebook was very appropriate for this as people can watch the video in their own time and they can really think about their answers before commenting.

Overall the feedback I received was very positive, everyone liked the variety of locations; they thought it made the video look more interesting and they also liked the 'dimension' effect. They also thought the performance was good and the shots were cut perfectly in pace with the fast music. This made the music video more fluid and it kept the audience alert and captivated. Some of the improvements were the narrative could have been made clearer with the male appearing more often in the music video; this would help the audiences understanding of the video. The problem with this is that we didn't think of adding a male character in the music video until nearer to the end and by this time it was too late to re-visit the earlier locations. I feel it is quite enigmatic and this means the audience will have to re-watch the video in order to understand it better which can be seen as a positive. However, if the narrative is really unclear then yes we would have to expand on it. Some people also thought the range of costumes were too much as they were so broad and it would have been more effective to choose one particual style. Another improvement is to make the colours between the shots more consistent as in some of our locations we had such a variety of colour because of the graffiti and costumes and in other shots we had more mutely toned

background and quite simple clothing; it would have been better to use bright clothing in shots with simple backgrounds. However, I do feel one of our problems with colour is due to the fact we used a different camera every time we filmed and before we started filming we did not check to see if the settings were the same. This caused some problems but we did try and rectify this in the colourisation stage. Furthermore, it was also suggested that we should use special effects more as it does not appear much in the music video; I agree with this and thought we should have used more special effects but there is a fine line in which it is effective and to when it becomes overkill.
